DESIGN

The CT 200h joined the Lexus lineup last year as its fifth hybrid vehicle. This five-passenger premium compact offers both a performance-oriented diving experience and the functionality of a rear liftgate, as well as excellent fuel economy and low emissions.

Every CT 200h is outfitted with a comprehensive list of standard features, including: 17-inch alloy wheels, Smart Key passive entry with push-button start, NuLuxe upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, satellite radio and a USB port, along with Bluetooth wireless connectivity and audio streaming; a power moon roof and heated front seats are also available. A new F Sport package is now available, featuring performance enhancements, a more aggressive exterior and unique interior trim elements.

PERFORMANCE

The front-wheel drive CT 200h employs a fill hybrid powertrain technology that mites a 1.8-liter Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder gasoline engine with a powerful electric drive motor, generating 134 combined horsepower. This hybrid system is mated to a continuously variable transmission (ECVT) with four selectable drive modes - Normal, Sport, ECO and EV (electric only).

SAFETY

Standard safety technologies include anti-lock brakes with brake assist, vehicle stability and traction control systems, a security alarm and tire pressure monitoring, as well as eight airbags and Lexus Safety Connect. The CT 200h employs a Vehicle Proximity Notification System that emits an audible warming to pedestrians when the vehicle is traveling at low speeds.
